Click the small arrow between the visible row numbers to show the hidden rows again. If you see a plus sign next to the row numbers, click it to expand the group. A gap on its own can also come from a filter. Check the filter controls if there are no arrows or group buttons.

Close the filter view with the close button at the top right. That leaves the saved view available for later. If a regular filter is active instead, check the filter icons in the headers for excluded values or conditions. In a shared sheet, check with the other editors before choosing Data → Remove filter, since removing a regular filter changes the shared view.

Confirm you’re on the right sheet tab and search for a value from the missing row. It may have moved. If you have edit access, use File → Version history → See version history to compare an earlier version. If it contains the missing data, you can make a copy of that version and copy back just what you need. This preserves newer edits in the current sheet.
